Welcome to Bliss Booth LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Bliss Booth LLC provides photo booth rental services for events, including weddings, private parties, and corporate events.

All bookings and payments are processed through our third-party platform, HoneyBook.

2. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.

All additional payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility are outlined in your signed agreement via HoneyBook. By booking our services, you agree to those terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate event details

  • Ensure a safe, accessible setup area

  • Provide access to power and adequate space

Bliss Booth LLC is not responsible for issues caused by venue limitations, power interruptions, or unsafe conditions.

4. Photo Delivery & Storage

Photos from your event will be delivered via an online gallery using a third-party service (such as PicTime).

  • Clients will receive a private gallery link for viewing, downloading, and sharing

  • Bliss Booth LLC retains a backup of event images using secure cloud storage (such as OneDrive)

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party platform outages or failures

  • Expired or deleted galleries after delivery

5. Use of Images (Marketing)

Bliss Booth LLC may use photos and videos from events for:

  • Social media

  • Website content

  • Marketing and promotional purposes

If you prefer that your images not be used, you must notify us in writing. Additional details may be outlined in your service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, designs, templates, and overlays created by Bliss Booth LLC are the exclusive property of Bliss Booth LLC.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

We utilize trusted third-party platforms to operate our business, including:

  • HoneyBook (booking and payments)

  • PicTime (photo delivery)

  • OneDrive (file storage)

We are not responsible for the policies or performance of these third-party services.

Products or services purchased through third-party platforms (such as Etsy) are governed by the terms and policies of those platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bliss Booth LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss of data, images, or profits

  • Issues outside of our control, including third-party service failures or venue-related conditions

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
